SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Large Group Training (1–20 Athletes)
Performance-driven group sessions designed to build athletic speed, strength, and endurance in a motivating team environment. Perfect for young athletes who want to gain a competitive edge and move with power, precision, and confidence

2 Sessions Per Week

Stay consistent and build athletic foundations with flexible weekly training.

Unlimited Sessions

Train as often as you like to accelerate results and maximize progress.

Training Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
Friday: 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM.

SEMI - PRIVATE TRAINING

Small Group Coaching (1–4 Athletes)
Get the benefits of personalized programming with the energy of small-group accountability. Each session is tailored to your goals, athletic level, and season demands, ensuring steady progress and hands-on coaching attention.

1 Session Per Week

Great for busy athletes looking to maintain consistency.

2 Session Per Week

Build momentum with focused, structured development.

3 Session Per Week

Accelerate results with regular feedback, and coaching
